Product characteristics

Jn-63 catalyst is a mixed product of modified molecular sieve and Al2O3. The catalyst has the following characteristics:
○ There are more strong acid, and increased pore volume, hydrogenation function and acid function more match.
○ High activity and selectivity, hydrogenicity and high yield of diesel oil.
○ it is used in the combined process of diesel hydrofinished-hydrogen flow (i.e., hydrodesulfurization and denitrification). At the same time of desulfurization and denitrification, the yield of diesel oil is improved and the cetane value of diesel oil is greatly increased.

Application

Single-stage hydrogen condensation reduction is suitable for straight-run diesel with good raw material quality and high wax content; while hydrogenation condensation reduction is suitable for processing catalytic diesel and coking diesel secondary processing oil with poor raw material quality to produce high-quality low-pour-point diesel.

Packing

Sealed and packed in special iron drum, with cloth bag inside and plastic bag, 130Kg/drum.

Storage & Notes

○ Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof, and strictly prohibit contact with other chemicals and hydrocarbons.
○ Don't drop or roll the iron drum during transportation; avoid the catalyst falling from high altitude when filling.
○ Start-up and regeneration should strictly follow the GJN-61 catalyst operating instructions, and should be carried out under the guidance of professional and technical personnel when necessary.
